A useful problem report names the build, the tool, what you expected and what happened. Keep private project data and credentials out of anything you share.

Compatibility and availability.

Local application	The current implementation targets Windows. Supported setup depends on the selected local build.
Windows companion ZIP	A separate preview: follow its included guide and keep the resource folders. The guide specifies .NET Framework 4.x and WPF.
AI tools	Managed Codex is supported. Existing-cycle imports depend on a supported adapter and configuration.
Other platforms	Signed commercial installers, macOS and mobile downloads are not available here.
Online services	AI providers and Telegram delivery need a network connection; local work needs the computer running. A future remote service does not turn an offline PC into an online agent.

The agent is missing or waiting.

Check the project folder and whether its cycle is configured or imported. Saving is not starting. Read the current reason: a quota, an owner question and a deliberately stopped cycle need different responses. Keep STOP and HOLD in effect.

A quota is unknown.

Vabes reports explicit supported log evidence. A missing percentage or reset time is not a reason to invent one. Check the provider's own account information where needed; do not treat free machine memory as provider quota.

The companion is quiet or looks different.

Check sound enablement, volume, quiet preferences and motion settings. Browser audio may require your interaction first. The older native preview can use the natural appearance even when newer browser themes are shown on this site.

A result is not what you expected.

Compare it with the written acceptance checks. Record the specific gap and ask for a bounded correction. A completed iteration, a happy owl or a saved report does not replace that review.

Prepare a useful report.

Application or preview version, Windows version and affected tool.
The exact action and the expected and observed behavior.
A short redacted error excerpt or screenshot, plus the time it happened.
What you already tried and whether the problem repeats.

Remove tokens, private keys, personal information and private source content before sharing. An automatic diagnostic package is future release work; this website does not collect one.

Account and purchase questions.

Start with your existing WebMoon account for account context. A dedicated Vabes support contact and response arrangements need to be published with the commercial release; they are not specified on this site yet.
